Mark S. Kluger focuses his practice on representing Employers, Insurance Carriers and the Self-Insured in workers' compensation cases. Mr. Kluger is a partner, managing the firm's Orlando office. He is a member of the MKRS Fraud Division and evaluates files for possible fraud on behalf of Employers/Carriers/Self-Insureds. Mr. Kluger also heads the MKRS Construction Law Division, emphasizing Miller, Kagan, Rodriguez & Silver's dedication to this specialized area of the law. Mr. Kluger works with the construction industry throughout the state of Florida providing guidance on the defensive handling of claims. He works directly with clients to develop preventative strategies for workplace accidents.
Mr. Kluger is a former Assistant State Attorney and applies his experience on his criminal cases throughout Central Florida . Mr. Kluger is committed to the highest standard of personalized service for his clients and is a frequent in-house lecturer to Employers, Insurance Carriers and the Self-Insureds. Mr. Kluger regularly lectures for the Workers' Compensation Claims Professionals (WCCP) and various claims associations.
