The focus of Olga L. Martin's practice is on representing employer/insurance carriers and the self-insured in workers' compensation cases. Ms. Martin is a partner located in the Miami office. She has distinguished herself by providing the highest level of commitment to the customer service-oriented mission of MKRS. Ms. Martin is a resourceful defender of the rights and interests of the employer in both the South Florida workers' compensation and collective bargaining arenas. She has successfully thwarted challenges to collective bargaining agreements at the trial level which have been upheld by the Florida First District Court of Appeals. Ms. Martin offers clients in-house seminars on topics such as Fraud and the 120 Days Rule. She has moderated seminars for the Council on Education Management as well as having been an instructor in the 440 Trial Advocacy Program. Ms. Martin has demonstrated a tremendous work ethic and resolve, disposing hundreds of cases at mediation while judicially determining which few needed to go on and be tried in the court of law.
