Mr. Valdes focuses his practice in the area of workers' compensation law. He represents Employers/Carriers and the Self-Insured in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Mr. Valdes represents large and small companies in a variety of fields.

Mr. Valdes is a member of the Florida Bar and he is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Valdes is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida, as well as a member of the Cuban American Bar Association. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University in 2001, and he received a Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University in 2004. While in college, Mr. Valdes was involved in the Children’s Advocacy Center, and the Student Ambassador Program.

Mr. Valdes is a registered lecturer in the State of Florida and he regularly conducts seminars involving Workers’ Compensation Law.
