Mr. Niemiec was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2006 and focuses his practice in workers' compensation defense and criminal defense. Mr. Niemiec is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. He received a Bachelor of Arts from The Citadel in 1999 and a Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law in 2006. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Niemiec spent four years serving in the U.S. Army, in which he obtained the rank of Captain.
