Scott
H. Silver is one of Florida 's most renowned workers'
compensation litigators. Mr. Silver is a senior equity
partner and manages firm operations for the Fort Lauderdale
office while maintaining an active litigation and trial
caseload. He has been granted the highest rating for
legal ability and ethical standards by the prestigious
Martindale-Hubbell publication. Mr. Silver was recently
recognized by the South Florida Legal Guide as both a ‘Top Lawyer in South Florida' as
well as a ‘Top Lawyer in the Practice Area of Workers'
