Mr. Wells was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1993
and to the United States
District Court, Southern District of Florida in 1995. More recently,
he was admitted to the USDC, Middle District of Florida. Mr. Wells
has an active and varied caseload including: Criminal Litigation, Complex
Civil Litigation, Workers' Compensation
Defense, Insurance Fraud investigations, Family Law, and Civil Rights
in
Federal,State and County Courts statewide. Mr. Wells has successfully
defended many cases before judge and jury, as well as providing
consultation services to defense counsel on many complex criminal,
civil
and forfeiture actions.
Mr. Wells received his Bachelor of Science from the University of
Miami in
1988, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami in 1992,
and an
Integrated Strategic Communications Graduate Certificate from Florida
International University in 2001. |
