The firm represents management in the defense of claims arising from wrongful termination to employment discrimination, workers' compensation retaliation as well as claims involving the Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, Age Discrimination Employment Act, Florida Civil Rights Act, and other federal, state and local laws.

MKRS consults with human resource directors and corporate management throughout the United States and Latin America on a wide variety of issues that arise in the workplace, often acting as the client's de facto human resources department.
