Ms. Kaplan focuses her practice in workers' compensation defense in the MKRS Fort Lauderdale Office. She is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Ms. Kaplan is a member of the Florida Bar Association as well as the Young Lawyers Division. She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida, Cum Laude in 2006, and a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, Cum Laude in 2009.
