Mr. Hernandez focuses his practice in workers' compensation defense in the MKRS Fort Lauderdale Office. He is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He is also licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Hernandez is a member of the Florida Bar Association as well as the Young Lawyers Division. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Florida State University in 2002, and a Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas School of Law in 2005.

Mr. Hernandez is available upon request to conduct state approved adjuster CEU courses on a wide variety of topics. He especially enjoys preparing courses tailored to address specific points of interest encountered by clients in real world claims handling situations.
