Mr. McCabe was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004 and represents employers and carriers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims.

Mr. McCabe received a Bachelor of Arts from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2000, summa cum laud, and a Juris Doctor degree from University of Florida in 2004, cum laud. He graduated in 1990 from the Defense Language Institute Monterey California and served as a US Navy and NSA Russian Linguist from 1988 to 1994. Mr. McCabe participated in a Judicial Clerkship from 2003 to 2004 for JCC Ohlman in Gainesville, Florida.
