Ms. Weissenborn focuses her practice in the areas of Insurance Defense Litigation including PIP, Construction Litigation, General Commercial Litigation, Civil Rights as well as Labor & Employment in both State and Federal courts. She has a wealth of experience having appeared before the Supreme Court of the State of Florida as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Weissenborn belongs to both the Labor & Employment Law and Trial Lawyers Sections of the Florida Bar. She has pro hac vice admittance to the U.S. District Court of New York, Ohio and Georgia, as well as all State of Florida Courts. She is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court, Southern District.
